For some of Victors older video formats the reverse jumps for some reason so you will find it a bit irritating. Therefore you may want to look at the text and audio version only. I think I may have unintentionally broke the Guinness world book of records for continuous talk in reverse in this one. So this is worth a listen to,especially in the parts where I am talking (again not saying much in forward mode, but profoundly speaking in reverse.)

This is the second part and I just revised it a little because I noticed there were some errors in it. I must admit that my translations are not infallible because there are many that I go back to and realize where I made mistakes. So that is the constant evolving that is often talked about in many of the recordings.

Almost all of the things that Victor mentions in this video are in the process of happening now or they happened years after his death. So there is much prophecy in this video.
