Hi everyone,
Today I am going to do something a little different and post the forward song before I post the reversal, which I should have completed in the next couple of hours. There are some things that I want to talk about first, that lead up to this, so bare with me. First off, the reason I am posting this song in forward first, is because the forward version has an remarkable lesson that expresses how alcohol can effect relationships and how it can be detrimental to spiritual evolution. Much of what you are about to see in this video, I have experienced myself over the years, when I went through spiritual confusion in life. Even two nights ago, Linda and I decided to go to one of the local pub patios and have dinner. It was a hot day and I craved a nice cold beer, so I decided to have one. One turned into two, and two to three. By the time our dinner was over, we heard that there was a band inside playing the kind of music we liked, so we went in and I had another one. Linda even drank 2 drinks, which is 2 more than she usually drinks. The first set was over, and before I knew it, I was starting to feel a buzz and at that point we decided to go home. The point is, even though I decided and have hardly drank at all during this past year, it's easy to get drawn into the moment and make mistakes that you can regret the next day. I must say that the next day I did feel guilty for having my third and fourth, but at least we realized, when we had enough and even though we could have stayed, and probably had a hell of a time, we had enough will power to know when we had enough. Something else happened that also made me realize the importance of music and how it can effect us spiritually as well. Right next door to the pub we were in, there was another band playing, which we could not avoid hearing on our way home because it was so loud. About 10 people were lined up to get in because the place was packed. We stopped for a few seconds and listened to what could only be described as devil worship music, where the singer was loudly screaming out in a low voice, using violent and abusive language. I said to Linda on the way by, now that is the kind of stuff that we are up against. No wonder God needs to reach more people in different ways, through music. Here is that forward version, and I will post the reversal as soon as I finish.
